4 Suns was born from the heart and vision of Gabrielle J. Walker-Aguilar, a devoted mother of four sons, whose love for family and community inspired the name of the business. In December 2020, Gabrielle opened 4 Suns Fresh Juice in her hometown of Evanston, Illinois. The juice and smoothie bar quickly became a beloved community haven for nutritious drinks, detox cleanses, plant-based soups, salads, and wellness tonics.

During the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, Gabrielle’s passion for promoting health and wellness became her driving mission. Tragically, in February 2023, 4 Suns Fresh Juice was lost to a fire. Yet, Gabrielle’s unwavering dedication only strengthened her resolve to continue serving her community. In 2025, she proudly reintroduces her brand as 4 Suns Plant-Based Kitchen, a fresh start rooted in her original mission.
